Fu Hongying, female, Han nationality, was born in 1958, physically disabled, a member of the Communist Party of China, from Nankai District, Tianjin. Vocal music director and chorus conductor of Tianjin Disabled Persons' Federation Culture and Sports Center, member of Tianjin Musicians Association. He joined the Tianjin Disabled Art Troupe in 1987 and graduated from Tianjin Normal University with a bachelor's degree in music in 1992. In the past 20 years, he has been engaged in cultural work for the disabled, organizing talent shows, chorus, chess, painting and calligraphy, and participating in a large number of artistic performances and competitions. In 2005, her a cappella chorus "Eight Jechao" won the national Gold medal. In December of the same year, she led the troupe to participate in the 18th anniversary celebration of the China Disabled Persons Art Troupe and was warmly received by the party and state leaders.

Fu Hongying, a vocal director and chorus conductor at the Tianjin Disabled Persons' Federation Cultural and Sports Center, is not pretty. She wears prosthetic legs, but she has the most beautiful heart. She often shuttles between able-bodied people, working as well as they do, and doesn't need any special care because she can do most of her own activities with her prosthetic legs. For more than 20 years, she has devoted her heart and sweat to the music industry for the disabled, showing her value and contribution to life with her sweat and effort.

Fu hongying was born in 1958 in Tianjin and contracted polio.  With perseverance,she studied hard and obtained a bachelor's degree in music from Tianjin Normal University. After graduation, she was assigned to work as an inspection worker in a garment factory.

 In 1987, she applied for and was admitted to the Tianjin Disabled Art Troupe, where she began to realize her artistic dream.  Fu hongying said that as a disabled person, it is lucky to be able to engage in the cause of disabled people.  She is both an actress and an organizer. Over the years, she has done her best in her work, whether it is the leading role or supporting role, behind the scenes or in front of the stage, or organizing competitions and exhibitions of disabled people's talent, chess, calligraphy and painting.  No matter rehearsing and directing tianjin Disabled Chorus and Tianjin Morning Star Chorus to all walks of life for publicity and performance, or establishing rules and regulations for the chorus and improving the organization, she has excellently completed them.  In 2005, she organized a cappella chorus "Eight Great Praises", which won the national Gold Medal. In December of the same year, she led the whole troupe to participate in the 18th anniversary celebration of the China Disabled Persons Art Troupe, and formed a large chorus with Beijing, Shanghai and Qingdao, singing "Blue Danube" and "My Dream", which was warmly received by Hu Jintao and other leaders.

In the course of Fu Hongying's life, music was the main melody.  She tries her best to put what she has learned into practice. In addition to tutoring girls in the choir, she also teaches elementary music theory for students in vocational schools, and regularly goes to tianjin Group Art Museum for chorus conductor training.  Her career in music has broadened.  At the same time, she actively engaged in song creation, seeking smooth, beautiful, simple, elegant melody, to each note should be carefully considered, never allow any rubbish notes fall on her spectrum.  Some of her works were published on Tianjin Music magazine and received a good response.  Among them, jiading's "Fish Niang of the Yellow River", Che Hang's "Zhong Zhong", Bao Heping's "Great North China" and other works have been confirmed by experts.  In 2004, Fu hongying and her husband Liu Zhiliang jointly created a large-scale music series "We Stand Together", which reflects the life, work and study of disabled people in China, to show the artistic talent and spiritual outlook of disabled people to the society.  She won awards for many songs, including "I Shout Spring."

 "Mom" is the most beautiful name in the world.  Due to two miscarriages, middle-aged Fu Hongying has never enjoyed the joy and happiness of motherhood, but she has always had a green grass in her heart, and she believes that there will be a group of "little angels" to fill the gap.  In 2006, fu hongying got support from the leaders to set up tianjin Morning Star Chorus in order to let the children with cerebral palsy and mental retardation have their own happiness.  A parent of a child said, "My child graduated three years ago and never participated in any activities. The establishment of The Morning Star gives us hope for his life."  From that moment on, Fu made up her mind to cultivate these "little angels".  After nearly two years of contact, she feels more and more lovely of these children, and feels that the burden on her shoulders is heavier.  She warned herself: we must create more opportunities for children, create better conditions, and bring out the morning Star Choir with level and quality.
