There is no significant difference between the foot and the healthy foot (see image at left), the prosthetic foot is very close to the movement of the healthy ankle joint.
The prosthetic foot is also very close to the healthy foot for maximum bounce as the foot follows the ground, indicating that the prosthesis functions very similar to the healthy limb and can effectively reduce pressure on the healthy foot during walking (see image at right).
